Nikki “Noodles” Dalen is from Warroad, Minnesota. She completed her Associates in Applied Sciences in Veterinary Technology from Vermilion Community College. She takes a particular interest in diagnostic medicine and lab work. Outside of work, you can find Nikki spending her free time with her family and friends, but you won’t ever see her eating pasta as she does not like it (none of it…). Nikki shares her home in Bismarck with her boyfriend, Logan, a chubby bunny named Dudley, and an Australian Shepherd puppy named Tangnes.
